Nagging/bitching

So I nag and bitch at my bf alot.... he has threatened to leave me twice now if I don't chill with the nagging .... I love him to the moon and back so I'm going to try my hardest to stop! so has anyone been through something similar please help what can I do to ignore things and not bitch so much???????? Cause it's not worth losing him over
