Assalamualikum please help Ttc baby #1

Assalamualikum ive been married now for nearly two years ive been trying for a baby for over a year ive had 2 spontaneous miscarridges and am just struggling soo much to get pregnant ove tried alot but have not been sucessful im waiting for an appointment from the fertility clinic now but im soo worried what if i cant have a baby i dont know what else to try please helpp any advice 😢😢😢😩
