It depends vomiting in normal for pregnancy but not to much vomiting and some women experience bleeding but only light. If you are vomiting loads or bleeding heavy go to er asap!

Is there blood in your vomit, or vaginal bleeding. My throat got sore and irritated from vomiting so much. I had to chose less acidic foods and drink lots of fluids. I did vomit blood, from my throat getting irritated several times. If it's vaginal bleeding, go see your OB doctor.
