Hot sauce while pregnant???

Is it ok to put hot sauce on some things while pregnant? It's all I crave with my potatoes for breakfast.
I'm almost 6 weeks if that matters.

I'm addicted to hot sauce and put it on everything! No heart burn for me yet, in 17 weeks. I imagine they'll be a day real soon that I'll have to slow down on the hot sauce, but not yet!

I eat tapatio with hot Cheetos!! Omg so amazing. 😋 but when I eat them at night, in the morning I get a tummy ache and have to go to the bathroom 😫 but it's so good lol

I love all things spicy! The spicier the better to me. If I look completely unattractive when I'm eating it, then it's hot enough. Gotta eat while I can, since I can't when I'll be breast feeding.

The only time you have to watch spicy food is when BF cause sometimes it can give the baby a tummy ache. But you don't have to worry about it when pregnant
