Unisom gel caps

Can someone maybe explain to me what the difference is between the unisom tabs and the unisom gel caps.? I bought the gel caps and now I am not sure if that was the unisom that's safe or if it was the tabs :/ I know it's a stupid question but I would be rather safe than sorry and if someone has experiences ( good or bad) with either one it would be so nice to share them with me :)
