Mid cycle bleeding
I am 37 years old and have been TTC for 3 months now. This cycle someone recommended phytoestrogen supplements. I took them for about a week. I immediately began spotting. Even after discontinuing the use I continued to bleed. Has anyone had this experience? I'm always very regular and never have mid cycle bleeding. Any advice?
