You should go see a dermatologist, one is definitely worth having.  I had a skin rxn all over both my arms, went to an urgent care, was misdiagnosed, given a medicine I was allergic to.  The end result was.... My skin fell off, all of it :( .  Went in to my dermatologist, bleeding and in pain, she gave me a shot, put this cream all over my arms and wrapped them.  Felt 100% better in 10 min.

It could be scar tissue from your pimple. I had a weird, suspicious looking "mole" that appeared on my leg so went to dermatologist, and it ended up being scar tissue from a bug bite or such. I would still go to dermatologist to be sure. Good luck!
