Missed pill after unprotected sex?

Can I get pregnant if I missed my pill after having unprotected sex that morning? And if it's only one day before my inactive pills start, will I still bleed?

Answer

I would take plan B because sperm can live up to 5 days in the vagina. If you are a few days close to your inactive pills I'm assuming you are already past what would be your ovulation window if you were taking your birth control normally not missing a pill throughout the month. I'm not sure about the bleeding you should but I would take a test around two weeks after you had sex
