Anyone a Midwife? Need help

Had my LB two days a go... very quick birth and had internal stiches because i had 2nd degree tears? and they said something about them being very deep. I have a very swollen doo da which i wasnt worried about it given that I have just given birth but the sting when i wee and extreme pain when I sit down made me take a nose using a mirror. At first glance it just looks swollen but after a shower there is like two bubble (blister). They dont appear to be where I would have pushed from/ they are behind the stiches between vagina and bum. I was discharged yesterday before the pain so now im worried and its Sunday tomz.
