Make sure it's coming from the urethra...It's a kidney stone if it is. If it's sneaking out the vagina then it's yeast.

Did you recently visit your obgyn for any sort of minor procedure? It looks like when I got my insides scraped out for testing, they placed something up there to make sure my bleeding was light. Then it just passed on its own 5-7 days later when I was using the bathroom.

Yes it looks like a kidney stone, but I had one once and the pain was unbelievably horrible! Have u had back pain?(mainly the flanks and the lower back and did it kill you with pain when it came out?  Definitely go to your doctor! Good luck!

Looks like a kidney stone. You are lucky you were not in pain because I laid on the dirty emergency room floor in pain when I had them.
