How do I get this baby out of my ribs?!

Question

Baby unfortunately likes to choose the most uncomfortable positions for me. All day today she has been in my ribs and I can't breathe! Any ideas on helping her out of there? 😩😁

I sometimes rub/push downward from right under my boob to the bottom of my ribcage, it occasionally helps to get him to move his feet out. Usually they end up hurting so bad I lay on my side and have my husband lightly massage my ribs. I honestly don't know how it even helps, you wouldnt think it would but it does for me.

Sometimes I stand up and stretch out/ put my hands over my head, gives me a little bit more breathing room

Do some downward dogs and check out Spinning Babies (just Google it). Mine likes to sit low and kick me in my hips...or at least it feels that way!

I put an ice pack or something cold where my daughter is and she moves.
