Question?????

For the past week or so my dog has constantly been up under me. I mean more than usual.  He has to sleep directly underneath me and just comes and lays right on top of my stomach. Is it possible that he knows I may be pregnant or is it just my "wanting to be pregnant" mind reading to much in to it???
