I always get a six inch sub on white bread with turkey & (extra) cheese -- I don't like any condiments at all on anything & never have! I'm a VERY picky eater. My 2 year old eats more of a variety than I do! I wish I liked more things b/c it gets old eating the same things & having to order off the kid's menu at nicer restaurants b/c I don't like anything on the menu!

I start with an 🍞Italian herb and cheese bread🍞 (usually a 12" so I have some left for later). Then I add 🎣tuna🎣 sometimes extra and then toast it. After it is nice and ♨️warm♨️ I add ⚫️black olives⚫️. Lots and lots and lots of ⚫️black olives⚫️. Then ◻️mayonnaise◻️. Just enough to make it moist so it's not too dry. Then I enjoy it with a ☕️sweet tea☕️.

What I would order at subway isn't going to lose me any weight, that's for sure! But I don't have it often. I get a 6 inch chicken bacon ranch on Parmesan oregano and I get it toasted with Monterey Jack cheese, then add just lettuce for veggies, then salt/pepper, and I ask for chipotle sauce instead of ranch! Yum😍

I usually get the sweet onion chicken teriyaki on honey oat w/ provolone, lettuce, green peppers, oregano and sweet onion sauce. I always want to try something else and end up leaving with that lol.

I really like the chicken Mediterranean.  I don't know that you can really lose weight (I would get pretty tired of it).  But when you are out and need to choose a quick place to eat, it is a great option so you do not destroy your diet.  Seriously look at the calories of all the other fastfoods.  Subway is a great alternative
