Can you have a miscarriage without bleeding and/or severe pain? I'm only curious and I hope I don't get horror stories but those are really the only symptoms I know to watch for. It's my first pregnancy and it's just hard to believe its real.... We've been trying for six years. I am not really anxious and have been pretty happy and positive for the most part but it crosses my mind like I'm sure it does for everyone.
