I've been taking doxycycline (antibiotics) I started them on Wednesday and I have to take them once a day for 2 weeks

Ever since yesterday my throat hurts really badly at first it felt like there was something stuck inside and then felt like there was air stuck inside and now it just burns, and my hands were tingling before and I've been having chills and fever.

Should I keep taking them? Its for acne
