Strong menstrual like cramps for the last 12 hours
39 + 2 been having very strong menstrual cramps on and off for the last 12 hours. It's hard to say when to go to the hospital as they are mostly constant and it's hard to time them. This is my first pregnancy and I have no clue what contractions feel like! Really hoping this is it but it really does hurt !!
