I'm in my 2nd day & im spotting. Not sure if this is normal. I take it vaginally.

Yes ma'am it sure can. Because the medicine is coming in direct contact with your cervix it can heighten sensitivity and create spotting. Sexual activity and ultrasound can cause spotting to become more noticeable as well. I took it my first pregnancy and spotted until 10 weeks. This second pregnancy I haven't spotted at all because I asked them to compound the medicine with cocoa butter instead of the generic wax like substance they use as it can cause your body to mimmick yeast infection symptoms.
