Are these good signs?

hi I'm ttc baby number 3. im now 11.dpo. yesterday I started feeling really rubbish. I had waves of feeling sick it felt like motion sickness. One minute I'm starving hungry the next I've got this sicky feeling. does that sound anything like morning sickness? I didn't Have any with my other two so I wouldn't know. I'm also feeling exhausted.

also I've been getting twinges and what feels alot like ovulation pains but not just on one side it is also in the middle too.

Do they sound like good signs? I don't usually get any cramps until my af actually starts x
