Who is wrong!?!

Glow says I am supposed to be in my fertile window but ovulation test says no......advice!?!

Glow is an estimation. Go by your tests.

Glow can only predict your cycle, guide you. It cannot predict exactly what is going on in your body. Trust the test.

It don't always happen but usually you do ovulate half way through your cycle. I never use OPKS because I'm not TTC but sometimes I can feel when I'll ovulate :)
