Anybody? Would appreciate some help here 😢

Thursday I started spotting. Brown and some pink then Friday it was red but only when I wiped. I've not filled up a pad at all since This spotting started. It's just a little bit. Well yesterday was the last day I spotted. I took an hpt yesterday and today and Both were negative. I have never spotted or has anything like this. I usually bleed super heavy for 7 to 8 days. There is no in between with me. If I'm not pregnant what else could be happening here? Also, woke up Thursday with a terrible cold that's still lingering if that matters at all
