Spiritual pregnancy test

My father gets spiritual visits from my grandmother every now and then. A few days ago she told him to keep his voice down or else he would wake the baby. She then picked up a new born and told him to meet his granddaughter. My daughter. This isn't the first time he's found out someone was pregnant this way. I haven't told my family we were trying either. I may be pregnant and not have enough hormone levels for it to show on a test. Any thoughts?!
