Does anyone else spot every now and then?

I'm due Jan. 9th and i have spotted just a little on 3 separate dates. My doctor says it's normal but it still scares me! I just need one of those heartbeat monitors at home or something...

Between 5-7 weeks, I had a lot of spotting to actual bleeding and even passed some clots. Had 2 sonograms in one week because I was freaking out. Doctor had no explanation why I was bleeding, but in both sonograms baby looked good. I've had very light minor spotting on and off since and I go back on the 30th for my first real appointment and ultrasound (I'll be 10w5d) praying that baby is still perfect. 💞

My doctor said not to worry unless you have bleeding like a period. I would call and make sure with your clinic though to be on the safe side. It's probably nothing to worry about though :) a lot of pregnant women spot and there isn't a reason. I spotted and they did an ultrasound. They couldn't find an explanation... It went away a week later.

I did on two occasions. Once in my 6th week, it was brownish discharge only lasted just once after I peed I noticed it on the toilet paper. I spotted pink in my 8th week and only on one occasion also. My doctor said it was probably from me having sex the night before. 
Have you gotten your progestone levels checked just in case?

I was spotting occasionally... It was really light pink. I wasn't freaked out but told my doctor at the next appointment and he freaked out. He ordered another ultrasound and turns out I have partial placenta previa. I don't say this to freak you out. Just wondering if he did another ultrasound? I also have a friend that had a period like bleeding throughout her pregnancy and had no problems or a reason for the bleeding...

Yes! I have spotted on and off since 6 weeks! Due jan 8th. It's completely fine. Only time to worry is if it's a lot (equal to a period) of bright red blood accompanied by cramping. Otherwise, you and baby should be fine!
