Someone have or had the same situation?

Okay this is what happen my las period was in April 29...according to Glow I am 24 days late today... I did 2 home pregnancy test and they were negative and a blood test too and negative again. I do not know if I did it too early or what happen or if it is something else... Thank you ladies so much in advance for your comments... I just want to know if this had or is happening to anyone else... Thanks again...
