Nervous wreck

Ok so I'm 5 weeks pregnant. I had a mc in February with a d&c because that baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. I'm not really having symptoms. Just hungry a lot, some nausea at night and really tired! And having some minor cramping on one side. My ob gyn says this is completely normal bit with my doc appointment being 3 weeks away I'm really scared it's happening all over again. Anyone else not having symptoms?
