My belly button is stretching

Idk if I'm just going crazy or anything but yes I know my belly button is suppose to stretch but it's stretching more to one side and when I first saw it in the mirror I kinda had a crazy weirdo moment trying to put it back in the middle. Am I crazy or does this happen?
