I have so much trouble finding my ovulation day. I've read so much about it. I have felt my cervix, but I don't know the difference between high and soft or hard etc. I look at my cm mucus but how do I know it's sticky vs watery vs creamy? I've taken tests and always gotten negative. I've done my body temperature but it only changed slightly. I'm so confused!!! I go by the apps I have but I'm ttc and not getting pregnant! Ugh advice?
