I take my birth control every night before I go to bed. Some nights I go to bed at ten other nights I won't go to sleep until one or two in the morning. I've tried setting an alarm on my phone so I'd take it at the same time every day but sometimes I'm not at home to take my pill. I'm just wondering if a few hours difference every night is going to affect things?
