Do you think 18 is too young to have a baby?

I'm turning 18 in a few months, but I'm 6 weeks & 3 days. I'm kind of scared to announce my pregnancy because I don't want to be judged or have people hating on me because I'm so young, this was completely unplanned & I just want to be reassured that I can do this you know?
