Hey guys I'm five weeks 2 days and ive come down with a horrible cold. Every medicine I look at says u can't take during pregnancy. I have a few days off so I'm just trying to rest as I had a miscarriage in March and I'm paranoid it will happen again if I overdo it. Any recommendations ad to what I could take to help with my cold that's is safe during pregnancy? So far I've just had honey and lemon drinks and paracetamol
