So, for the past week or so I have had the WORST reflux at night. I've had some pretty bad heartburn for the past month and between Tums and Zantac have been able to control it fairly well. Last night, though, was the absolute worst! I felt so awful I was up every hour or so. I even tried propping up my upper body so that I would keep acid lower than my head. Anyone else have/ had this problem? What helped you? Thank you ladies!!
