Why do I feel closed off. Sorry had to vent

Ever science my miscarriage I have feel like I am closed off to everyone except my husband and some friends.  I feel like I don't care about the same crap that I used to.  I don't want to deal with Other people's drama. Does anyone else feel like this?

Mainly (in my case) I don't tell anyone but my husband. So holding something that life changing to myself has been difficult, but I'm the youngest of 7 sisters. I just don't want to deal with the overwhelming feeling they give sometimes.
