Has anyone ever had camps and large amount of pinkish/red CM after fertil window?

I just started my TWW. I went to the restroom and it was in my undies. It wasn't a clot, just a large amount of pinkish/red CM, about the size of a half dollar. It wasn't creamy, very slippery. Has anyone had this happen and still get a BFP? I'm still getting cramps that seem to be very low and a dull backache. Could this be implantation or have I ovulated late? I'm confused and really don't know what to think. Please help.
