I had a miscarriage in April. It start with light brown spotting for about two days that I wasn't concerned about but then I started having an ache in my lower stomach and upper thighs - almost like my period was about to start only slightly more intense. About 15 mins later I went to the bathroom and just gushed blood. There was a small white disk (yolk maybe?) in the first gush and the bleeding lasted three days. I had constant bad ms starting day one of the pregnancy and a heaviness in my lower abdomin and both completely went away after about an hour of the bleeding starting. Makes me wonder if something was wrong since its unusual to have symptoms like that so soon - I was only 3+5 weeks.

Didn't want to freak you out but wanted to share my experience in case anything is able to be helpful. My regular period came back after 5 weeks and now my husband and I are expecting again at 4+5 weeks. This one feels completely different, no ms or heaviness just constantly hungry, sore boobs and fatigue.
