Clomid effectiveness

I'm starting my first round of Clomid tonight and my dr said effectiveness is only 10-15% per cycle. I don't have PCOS or anything else (just randomly didn't ovulate lay month but got preg quickly in November and miscarried)  and I'm hoping the reason for the low success is that Clomid is usually the first course of treatment for women with PCOS or other issues that make conception difficult. Does this mean my rate is hopefully higher? 😬
