Help needed cramping

My cycle showed up early last month. My fertile days where 14-20 , I had sex 6 days out of 7 that week and weekend. I don't know when I had ovulation but I started cramping on the 16th and its been on and off every since then now its like a dull ache. My next period isn't due till July 3rd. What is the cramping coming from?
