Exercise

Suggestions... I have a history of miscarriage and am terrified of it happening again or working myself too hard. In fact the last 6 months I haven't worked out much at all. I'm torn about exercise and don't want to overdo it. What should I do?! What's safe? I'm overweight 5'1" and 140 pounds. 5 weeks along. Thoughts? I know I need to do something. I used to run 4 or 5 miles a day on the regular and worked out frequently but it's been so long and I'm so out of shape now :(
