Placenta Previa 20 weeks

I was at my 20 week anatomy scan and the tech pointed out that they need to make sure my placenta moves and she showed me where it was compared to my cervix.. I immediately saw placenta Previa although she didn't actually say it and then the doctor didn't even come in after the ultrasound just had the tech schedule another ultrasound in 4 weeks. I'm so scared of a C-section. And this is my first.

Looking at pictures I'm in-between marginal and partial previa. Just wondering, if you've had any type of placenta previa, if it ended up moving??
