3D ultrasound!!

Am 15 weeks and am thinking of having a 3D ultrasound (15 w and 5 days) .

We want to know the gender and also get to see the baby since am getting an ultrasound with my ob till am 20 weeks.. Has anyone got an ultrasound around this time and is it worth it or should i just wait??
