Does anyone else have fibrocystic breasts? The few days before my period starts my breasts swell so much and the cysts become so painful that I am in agony. My back hurts, my boobs can't fit into bras, and the slightest movement makes them ache so bad that I don't even want to move. All I want is relief and ibuprofen just takes the edge off. Any suggestions on how to at least make myself more comfortable?
