6 weeks 5 days spotting!! Help!

When I went to the toilet last night around 1am, I wiped and saw the tiniest bit of pinkish blood on the toilet paper. I haven't had any type of pain. This is going to sound gross but I out my finger up my vagina to see if any blood would come off on my finger and it was clean. This morning when I woke up to go to the toilet (around 6am) I checked to see if it had gotten worse but there was no sign of blood and I did the same thing (stuck my finger up there to check) and my finger was clean...
