Advice please

I may be jumping the gun we go back to see fertility doc in a month but I've found out that I have low ovarian reserve (low anti mullerian hormone) & note one blocked tube. Now we have two kids ages 6 & 8 we got without even trying. But we are desperate for baby 3 & I'm 37. Find out my insurance covers the cost of for rounds of ivf. Would you do it now? Has anyone had a lot of success with ivf ,?
