Super judgmental Dr

So I met my Dr for the first time and my husband and I felt judged the entire time. Instead of her reading over my medical history and asking me about my past, she just said 'we have the right to drug test you at any point....' Are you trying to scare me off? I understand you legally have to tell me that but you could've approached it in a more professional manner. All the Strides I've taken to better myself for the baby she looked as though I was smoking crack!! 18 weeks at my next visit I think I'll find a new one, I don't want to be uncomfortable..
