Pink discharge 6 weeks pregnant

Hi everyone, I'm about six weeks pregnant. I woke up this morning with pinkish discharge... similar to just before my period would start. Three weeks ago I was confirmed via blood tests that I was three weeks pregnant. Should I be worried or not? Please help!!!
