Stay or walk away? Need advice

So we have been dating almost 3 years now I do love him and there was a time where I couldn't imagine waking up without him next to me. But I feel like we are going nowhere in this relationship im almost 21 an I feel like im ready to start my life as a wife aswel as a mother but he feels like hes stil to young (24).Im not sure where we stand we dont really talk and if something happens I neef to ask of I won't knw. When I try and have an conversation hes to bussy with games to talk back and we fight about the same stuff every 2nd week. I dont knw wat to do I feel like walking but some part of me hopes he wil "grow up" im I stupid and to young or what. What shoul I do
