So upset

So upset, last time I was pregnant I had a chemical pregancy before 5weeks. Today I have my first appt at 5w3d and this morning I woke up to brown discharge that progressed to red clotty blood within a few hours. I'm so distraught.

I really don't even know what the ob is going to do... I know I'm misscarrying.
