Losing hope

After a hetero topic pregnancy (surgery removed my fallopian tube with one pregnancy and as I was in the hospital recovering drs told me I was still pregnant!!) I have a beautiful 2 year old and she is truly a miracle child. We have been trying to give her a sibling snd I just found out I have miscarried again. (3 times in 8 months) has anyone else had this happen and still was able to carry a child full term?
