I am 11 dpo having horrible cramps. Yesterday 10 dpo I had severe cramps on my right side for about 6 hours cramps could be felt in my leg. Today 11 dpo I woke up to the same cramps but on the left side. I have read these can be implantation cramps or growing of the uterus also how to calm them they are worse than any cramp I've ever had from af. Had spotting (pink) at 9dpo have creamy yellow cm... Wondering if anyone had/has similar experience?
