Progesterone Supplement Side Effects

For anyone who took the vaginal progesterone supplement can you tell me if this is normal? Today is day two of the supplement ,day 1 was fine, maybe I was a little moody. But today I have been shaking, cramping, burning hot yet shivering, bad back pain, and my head and throat have that drank too much two days ago but still "feeling it" feeling. Before I email my doctor and panick myself I want to know if anyone else had this experience? I am paranoid because my medication was a composite (mixed just for me) and I worry it may have been messed up. This is my rainbow baby I'm 16 weeks and I lost my last at least 18 weeks, so there is my extra paranoia level there as well.
