This is my first time posting in here... A little back story... I've been off birth control since November 2014.  Seeing a holistic doctor since February 2015.  She recently gave me cod liver oil supplements, through Standard Prcoess. I've read some things online, that have been on opposite ends of the spectrum regarding this supplement, when it comes to pregnancy especially. I know you can't trust everything you read online, so that's why I wanted to reach out here. Did anyone take these when TTC or while pregnant??  I did notice it is supposed to help naturally with infertility, which I have not been diagnosed with, just concerned with how long it's taken so far.
