I've previously been on contraception for about 11 years - been using nothing and ttc for about 8 months. My periods started back pretty much straight away and im alwayd pretty regular about 27 days. Both of us are 27& fit and well. Been using opk's for a few months - not had a positive one yet. It's not fun 😢. Anyone else struggled following long term contraceptive use? I'm worried it's messed me up!
